Demo and enrollment support

We recommend attending a demo or speaking with our team before enrollment so that you can choose the right course and batch.

Refund window

Learners may request a refund or batch change within the first week of a course, subject to attendance, access to materials, and batch policy. After this period, requests are reviewed case by case.

Non-refundable items

Registration charges, payment gateway fees, certification exam fees, third-party lab/cloud costs, or completed sessions may be non-refundable where applicable.

Email your registered name, phone number, course name, payment details, and reason for request to trainings.master3@gmail.com.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank or gateway timelines may vary.
